Project introduction
GolfPlan is a specialized product aimed at golfers that protects them in case of damage of property, injury or personal liability as well as against theft, loss or damage of your golf equipment. GolfPlan is among the leading companies in its field both in the Czech Republic and Europe.
We were invited to redesign and refactor the online insurance arrangement system and significantly expand digital activities to acquire new policy holders and gather leads, including expansion into foreign markets or development of a mobile app to report claims.
Complex product made clear and simple
We proposed a transparent insurance configurator, where you won’t get lost and comfortably select the right insurance option. You also don’t have to worry about expiring insurance – the system automatically checks the prolongation dates.
65% of users come from mobile devices and that’s why we have adopted the Mobile First design method. The configurator is tested and fine-tuned for mobile devices.
Carefree golf at all times
Golfer are always in motion. They need to have access to all necessary information whenever something unexpected happens. The client and partner sections are a small, integrated app for administration of insurance policies, benefits (option to display a PDF voucher) or claim reports. We developed a mobile app for better user comfort.
Premium Club Loyalty Program
Part of the online activities expansion was the creation of the Premium Club – a rewards and benefits model for arranging policies according to the policy type or duration. We created the system with maximum automatization on our mind – creation and expiration od codes and coupons or automatically generated PDF vouchers or gift certificates.
Insure anywhere
Thanks to strategic partnerships we have created an embedded IFRAME version of the insurance configurator. This way insurance could be arranged even from external web pages and e-shops. E-commerce was a significant opportunity for new acquisitions, in part due to the benefit program for new policy holders – in the form of discounts for purchased goods.
Despite the complicated situation in 2020 GolfPlan managed to increase its policy holder base and reduce back office administrative costs.
